Your music and permissions

You retain ownership of your audio. Upload only files you own or have permission to process, including any reference recording. You grant us a limited permission to store, process and deliver those files to provide the service. Do not use the service to infringe copyrights, impersonate artists, distribute malware or overload infrastructure. We do not fetch audio from streaming platforms.

Processing and storage

The service performs automated reference matching, not a human engineering session. A numerical target is not a guarantee of subjective quality, distribution approval or commercial success. Listen to the preview before subscribing. Uploads must be WAV, MP3 or FLAC, at most 80 MiB per file, 5 seconds to 10 minutes, mono or stereo. Free users receive up to three mastering jobs daily per IP; Pro permits ten. A shared queue limits processing concurrency.

Mastering inputs and results expire after 24 hours. Free tool inputs and outputs are removed after each request. Download your masters promptly and keep your own backups. We do not train models on uploaded audio.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro costs $9 monthly or $72 annually, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel in Account → Manage subscription. Paid access continues until the paid period ends. Downloaded files remain yours to use within your original rights. No platform-specific ownership or licensing rights are added by mastering.

Payments and refunds

Polar Software, Inc. is Merchant of Record and handles payments, invoices, sales tax/VAT and refunds. Refund requests made within 14 days of your first payment are honored. Contact support or reply to your Polar receipt. Refunds return through Polar to the original payment method and revoke paid access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts

Keep your password and one-time recovery code safe. The recovery code is the self-service password reset method; we do not currently send reset emails. Do not share accounts to evade processing limits. Contact support for account deletion and billing questions.

Availability and law

The service is provided as available. To the extent legally permitted, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence.
