What we process

We process uploaded audio, filenames, mastering measurements, account email, hashed password and hashed recovery code, subscription identifiers and functional usage events such as visits, uploads, preview playback, checkouts and paid orders. We store an IP-derived hash temporarily to enforce abuse limits. We do not store payment-card numbers.

Why and where

Audio processing and account data are used to deliver the requested service. Abuse controls and basic service analytics support security and reliability. Our server is operated in the Republic of Korea. Cloudflare provides traffic protection, DNS and email forwarding. Polar is Merchant of Record and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. International processing may occur through those providers.

Retention

Uploaded mastering audio and rendered results are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Converter, meter and tag-editor files are removed when the request finishes. BPM and key analysis happens locally in your browser. Account records remain until deletion is requested. Billing records are kept where required by tax/accounting law. Functional event records are retained for up to 90 days. Sessions expire after 30 days; referral cookies last 60 days.

Cookies and your choices

An essential HttpOnly session cookie keeps your tracks and account connected. An affiliate referral cookie records first-touch attribution if you arrive through a referral link. We do not install advertising pixels or sell your audio or personal data. Blocking cookies prevents saved sessions from working. You can request account deletion and exercise applicable data rights through support.

Your audio

We do not train models on uploads, publish your tracks, or license them to third parties. Automated processing reads the files only to perform the requested mastering or tool operation.
